Installed the latest version with no errors...
When I attempt to start OST I get the following errors:
http://my.domain/osticket(http://my.domain/osticket) I am greeted with ERROR 403-FORBIDDEN
http://my.domain/osticket/scp(http://my.domain/osticket/scp) or /scp/admin.php I am greeted with "FATAL ERROR - get Tech support"
Any assistance pointing me to where I may have screwed things up, will be appreciated!

When you say that you installed the latest version do you mean that you installed 1.7ST? 1.7.1rc1? or 1.7.1ST (released earlier today)?

Went to osticket.com, clicked on green button entitled "DOWNLOAD NOW"
Download file is named osticket-v1.7.1.zip
Download done TODAY!

Good news... I redownloaded the ZIP file and uploaded to my web site...
I am now able to access the ADMIN screen...
I was going to actually suggest that you try re-uploading the files.
