Performing a search like this:
Only returns one ticket, #478373, when it should return several tickets that are currently overdue. Why isn't this search working?
The same does not work:
It only returns this ticket #478373 with due date of 7-31:
When the built-in Overdue queue (Open > Overdue)
produces an accurate result of at least 4 overdue tickets assigned to me (and me only, for some reason):
