I have placed an custom plugin to connect with telegram in include/plugin but nothing appear in plugin list osticket

    Then that plugin is not compatible with the codebase you are using. Since this is a 3rd party plugin you will need to reach out to the modder directly for further assistance. We can only help with core osTicket and core osTicket plugins on this forum.
