Hi,

I found the original PR and can't seem to find a working version of Time tracking on the latest stable version (that works on php 8.1).

We would need each ticket to have a time field + some reporting for each organization.

Regarding to this PR: https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket/pull/3231
Comment: https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket/pull/3231#issuecomment-228284503 has exactly what I would need 🙂

Thanks!

We don’t have such functionality or plugins with core osTicket. Anything to do with time tracking is custom, 3rd party code which we don’t support. You will need to look online or contact the modder directly.

    Cheers.

    Time Tracking Plugin for osTicket

    Hello osTicket community,

I wanted to share information about a useful plugin I recently came across for time tracking in osTicket. You can find it here: Time Tracking Plugin - https://github[dot]com/setrem/time-tracking-osTicket (edited by Forum Admin)

It's great to have such a feature, but it would be even better if time tracking could become a native functionality within osTicket. This could simplify the process for many users and enhance the overall osTicket experience.

If you find this plugin helpful or have any thoughts on integrating time tracking natively into osTicket, please share your feedback and ideas.

    Thank you!

Any update on this? I'd love to use such a plugin with 18.1... Let us all know what your estimated time to make available is.
