Hi All,

We recently upgraded and migrated our instance of OSTicket. We have mulitple groups running off this and one of the groups no longer auto creates tickets when emailed, but the other group works fine.

    Check your system logs for any mail fetcher errors. You can also go try to save the email information to see if it can still connect.
