When enter a Date value (i.e. 2023-08-31) in Custom Field, it showed 1 date behind in the canned message's date field.

  1. What is the timezone which would be applied in the Canned Message template's custom Date/Time field ?
  2. Could the Canned Message's template's Custom Date/Time Value be overrode with a specific time zone and what are the related codes to be amended ?

    You are using a version that is no longer supported. You need to upgrade to a supported release and retest.
