osTicket 1.17 - IIS - PHP 8.0.29

I was able to successfully set up email fetching with the oauth2 plugin.I tried to configure SSO via Azure which appeared to work but I was unable to authenticate. I would always receive the same error.I found the forum post below which seemed to resolve this persons issue.

When I contacted the individuals that manage Azure for my work environment they let me know that our environment uses ADFS authentication and not Azure authentication. Is there a script or plugin that will work with ADFS authentication?

    1. You need to upgrade to v1.17.4 and install the latest build of the OAuth2 plugin.
    2. That error is on the Microsoft side, not osTicket, so you will need to investigate on the Microsoft side why it can't authenticate you there.

OAuth2 SSO is completely possible with the latest release and latest build of the OAuth2 plugin. We have very thorough instructions listed in our Documentation here:

All you need to do is follow these instructions and you should be good to go.

    Cheers.

I am sorry. I did install v1.17.4, the latest build of the OAuth2 plugin and followed the guide. Since Azure authentication is not enabled in my environment could that be the issue?

I know ADFS authentication is enabled.

Judging from articles online it seems if you want OAuth2 you need to use Azure auth (AzureAD). Of course, I am not an O365 guy so I'm not 100% on that. You'd have to reach out to your O365 admin for further information/clarity on that.

      Cheers.
