Problem open ticket

Hello, I tell you what is happening to us:

The user opens a ticket
Select help topic
Fill in all the fields
When you click on open ticket, all the fields are deleted and the user must fill them in again and this second time if he creates the ticket.

That could be happening? Could it be because of the browser and cookies?

Yes but also because you are likely not using the latest version. Please make sure you are all the way up to date with osTicket and retest.
