On top of what Daedalus01 linked with O365 you have to follow these instructions for Modern Authentication:
O365 disabled Basic Authentication in October of 2022 and started forcing Modern Authentication.

I already configured the input as imap, however when I send a message from my outlook mailbox to solicitudes_ti@xxxx it does not generate the ticket in the osticket mailbox.
You need to enable email fetching globally and setup a Cron Job:
