for osticket i have onky enabled fecting
then crontab -e
used this line */5 * * * * /usr/bin/php /var/www/html/api/cron.php
osticket creating ticket for all emails in the inbox

1.14.x is old and no longer supported. You will need to upgrade to the latest and retest.

Are you wanting to upgrade or completely uninstall osTicket? You can run the upgrade in-place by following the upgrade guide linked above; no need to uninstall anything. If you want to uninstall osTicket then simply delete all the code files and drop the database.

Barnali That's the function of OS Ticket is create tickets for the emails in the inbox. If you want to specify a sub folder to pull from, you can do so on the email page so it only pulls emails from a particular folder. You also have to create inbox rules to route the mail to a specific folder as well.
