I was wondering, could be possible to add priority levels somehow?
I am wanting to add more levels of priority but from what I see it is not possible, osTicket let me edit the customs fields of the forms to say what type of severity the case would have so I can auto assign that way the tickets using filters which is a big help . But in this case I want to relate them to SLAs and priority levels, I have 5 severity levels. So I wanted to know if I can add more priority levels.
