Is there a feature where I can have a user being blocked for creating another ticket for the same device?
Example:
- Client1 fills out the HelpTopic and selects the device "printer123" that is listed in a list.
- Client 2 fills out the HelpTopic and selects the printer123 too.
Now it will create an error saying sth like: Ticket for device is already created.
Is this possible? I don't want to merge 5 tickets for the same thing.
