I just done installed and configured the osTicket and now I'm trying to configure the mailbox so that we can fetch the email from our gmail inbox to create tickets.
However, no matter how many times I have tried with the correct username and password, I am hit with the error "cannot login, user or password wrong".
Below are my mailbox settings.
Hostname : imap.gmail.com
Port Number : 993
Mail Folder : INBOX
Protocol : IMAP
Authentication : Basic Authentication (Legacy)
Can anyone shed some lights on this ?
