Hi all,
Hoping you can help me. We've been using osticket for a while now almost flawlessly. We've had a few instances where Oauth2 would lose the token and I'd just have to reinstate it, no big issue. This morning the helpdesk has decided that the authenticate will fail even though the token is valid. I have removed the email and reinput it, reauthorised and it only fails to authenticate when I enable mail fetching for that email. It's the only email address we use on the helpdesk.

As the token is still authenticating I can't see why it only fails when I try to save the changes for it to fetch the emails.

  • KevinTheJedi I tried that and it didn't work, it wasn't until microsoft posted about issues with IMAP4 today which more than likely is the cause of the problem, so we are currently awaiting that to be fixed and then I will try again to see if that has resolved the issue, thank you for answering though.

You may need a new Client Secret and retrieve a new token. Did something change on the account? I haven’t heard of this before.

    Cheers.
