Hi - I am trying to upgrade from 1.17.2 to 1.17.4 but after copying the new files and logging back in, I do not see an Upgrader tab in the Dashboard. Where do I need to go to run the upgrade script?
I see this in the documentation:
To run the upgrade script, simply login to admin panel of your osTicket helpdesk. The upgrader is now a primary component of the osTicket, so upgrades are triggered automatically anytime you upload a new version which requires a database migration.
But nothing happened when I refreshed the page.
Do I need to reload httpd?
I should add I symlinked var/www/html to the new version folder osTicket-v.1.17.4 so I did not actually overwrite any files.
Also, unrelated, on the information page I see
PHP Settings
cgi.fix_pathinfo "1" is recommended if AJAX is not working
date.timezone Setting default timezone is highly recommended
