Old Email Fetch is not working

Hi, System is reading emails to create the tickets but somehow if System missed some emails to read and does not create tickets then System could not read one day ago or two day ago emails to create the tickets.
How can I fetch or read old emails so that system can create tickets from them.

Please help me.

Login to the mailbox, move the mail that can’t be processed out of the inbox, and the system will fetch the rest that it can actually process.
