Hello OsTicket community!
Let me explain my situation:
- I create a ticket field named "Spent hours" to track spent hours on a ticket, it's an editable numeric field, only agents can edit it.
- My goal is to generate a report at the end of the month with the total spent hours, grouped by organizations, to understand how many money I should ask to my customers for support purpose.
I did a research on the forum for "custom reports" and I found info about a plugin created by scottro but it's for old osticket versions and last update is 2013.
In the meantime I'm checking how osticket writes this info in the DB (mysql) so my last hope is to create a query, save infos and show them in a grafana dashboard or send it via email to management team.
My OsTicket ver. is 1.18.x. installed on an Ubuntu 22.04 server.
