Migrates from osTicket 1.14.1 to 1.18.
The installation of clean 1.18 goes ok and after logging in I see a welcome ticket etc. Then I restore the database from the old osTicket backup and the ost-config.php file. Since then, it is not possible to log in to osTicket. No user can login, not even admin. despite entering the correct username and password, access denied. There are no errors in the log files.

    You don’t need to install at all; you simply import the db, copy over the new v1.18 files, make sure the include/ost-config.PHP has correct info, and make sure you update any installed plugins first.
