Hi,
this is my system info:

I'm describing a problem that occurs after migrating the software to new versions.
No errors during the update, but after that these 2 problems arise:
1) When I try to open a new ticket, I fill in all the necessary fields, press Open and keep them running until it stops,

I reload the page and I see that the ticket has been created, but when I try to open or view it, everything freezes.
2) Emails don't work anymore the SMTP settings are correct but if I try the diagnostics it doesn't send the emails, but it doesn't give any errors.
For these problems I had to go back to version v1.16.6 which works without problems.
What could it be?
