There are some no-reply lists that I get emails from that need to be tickets. I don't want to put them on the ban list outright. I would like the emails to come in, but not to get a reply. Is that possible?

    mrhobbeys Set up a filter in the Admin -> Manage -> Filters panel, and under rules set "User / Email Address" - Equals - {address you want to not get a response}, and under actons select Disable autoresponse
