I am on v1.17.3 and we have been recently seeing a random TXT file added as an attachment to replies posted on a ticket. When you open the ticket in the system, no attachments are present, they only appear on the email that gets sent to the end user. The TXT file appears to be a direct copy of the HTML code of the email body. Does anybody know why this is happening? Thanks.
