You can either have it fully open to anyone with access to the Client Portal or restrict it to only Authenticated Users. Please read the documentation below for more information:

I understand that and I have reviewed it, but what I mean is if it can be put as a kind of counter or if there is some way to know who accesses the knowledge base, since although we have it set internally for the organization, we would like to know if that option exists and to know if the users actually read the knowledge base.
Idk if the Audit Log will track that but you can try. Otherwise you will need to track this via the webserver (access logs).
Reviewing the tool I realize that I do not have the audit log enabled, I have tried to investigate the case but I can't get anything, can you help me?
