It’s already configured as localhost. With MS you can only use localhost or an FQDN.

i get this error cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html) for https://login.microsoftonline.com/1234/oauth2/v2.0/token

what to do?????

That's a PHP configuration issue. Please search the error online for the steps to resolve this. Essentially, you need to download the cURL certificate from their website, place it on the server, update your PHP configuration to load this certificate, and restart the server.
