Feedback Plugin or option.

Hi Team,

Just wanted to ask, can we have a feedback plugin/option in osTicket to get employees/clients' survey?

We don't have a survey feature at this time but you can create a Canned Response with a link to an external survey (like SurveyMonkey, etc.).
