Hi, i just updated my osTicket Installation from 1.17.3 to 1.17.4.
Since the Update, some menues doesnt work no more.
for example, if i go into a System mail and want to go into the Mailbox submenu, the link in the bar changes but nothing happens.
Menu's not working properly
You would need to review your logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors. Also post a screenshot of Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information.

the issue solved itself, i just made a rollback to the previous version and updated again and now it work's, thas why i deleted my post... not sure why it is still here tho
I recovered it as sometimes this forum incorrectly deletes posts as it thinks it's spam. Nice to hear it's resolved!
