Filter for one of two domains not working

I get e-mails for two email accounts:
info@domain-one.com
info@domain-two.com

I want to setup an auto response for the word "request". I set up a filter accordingly.

I get an autoresponse to all e-mail written to info@domain-one.com. But I get NO autoresponse to e-mails written to info@domain-two.com

Even if I forward all emails from info@domain-one.com to info@domain-two.com they don't get an autoresponse.

Is there any debugging function for filters? How can I find out what I'm doing wrong?

Sounds like autoresponse is disabled somewhere. There are many places where you can disable the auto responder so I would review the documentation to make sure everything is enabled:
