I'm using the filter to adjust incoming tickets as they are coming via email:
-> use the reply-to instead of the from email address.
I have multiple email channels.
With one channel it works fine.
With a second channel it does not work.
Both are coming from the same server, same platform, but different version of the platform.
I've compared the headers of the emails, but I cannot see any problem in it.
Is there a log somewhere so that I can see what is going wrong?
Or can I add/enable some debug to see it?
