Eu me refiro a criar respostas já pré definidas para utiliza-las para os tickets!!

    Olá amigos!!! Após criar as mensagens prontas, elas não estão sendo enviadas aos e-mails.
    obs: Eu já habilitei elas.

      Did you attach the Canned Response? You have to either manually add the canned response to the Ticket or use a Ticket Filter to attach a Canned Response for new Tickets.

      Eu seleciono a resposta automatica, ela aparece no campo de resposta do ticket, porem nao chega no email de resposta.

        Sim!! Todas as respostas digitadas manualmente chegam aos e-mails de destino.

          Can you provide screenshots of how you are adding the Canned Response and what the email looks like that you receive?

          Na ultima imagem eu mostro que apenas chega a assinatura do departamento, sem a resposta pronta.

            You didn't show a screenshot of how you are attaching it to the Ticket. How are you attaching the Canned Response? through the Reply box or through Filters?

            Na verdade eu descobri que nenhuma resposta esta indo aos emails de destino, nem as digitadas manualmente estao chegando!! A resposta vai vazia.

              Either SMTP is not properly configured for the email address sending the mail or something is wrong with your Email Templates. Double, triple check to make sure SMTP is configured and working properly then check your Response/Reply Template (Admin Panel > Emails > Templates).

              O erro estava nesse campo!! Apos mudar para essa opção, as respostas voltaram a funcionar!! Obrigado pela ajuda.
