Feedback form User with emoji

Hi guys,
i want to know if it's possible attach to email that send when the ticket is closed, 3 emoji (Good, Bad, unsatisfactory) for a survey. An external site would be fine too. Can you give me some advice? Since by tomorrow I have to give an answer.

You can also create a Canned Response that you manually attach before closing the Ticket.

E-Mail is HTML, so insert images into the template and edit them into a link.

i choose to use Surveymonkey, but i donìt know how i can create a link that attatch to Externale partener.
Because i want that the user click on a emoji and in automaticaly send the feedback to Surveymonkey.
I don't like that the user must complete manually the feedback

That's another topic. We talk about how Surveymonkey works.
The question is whether the feedback can be filled out just by visiting the link.
I don't know Surveymonkey personally.
