Starting at 8am today every alert OSTicket sends gets an undeliverable message reply with this error:

Remote server returned '554 5.6.0 Corrupt message content; STOREDRV.Deliver.Exception:ConversionFailedException; Failed to process message due to a permanent exception with message [BeginDiagnosticData]Content conversion: Corrupt summary TNEF content. ConversionFailedException: Content conversion: Corrupt summary TNEF content.[EndDiagnosticData] [Stage: PromoteCreateReplay]'

Since it sends an alert for each user, we get an undeliverable message... and thus it opensd up more tickets.

Were using OSTicket 1.17 with MS 365 Oauth

        We have had the same issue here since 4am this morning. Also on 1.17 and using Oauth2.

          You both need to upgrade to v1.18 (or v1.17.4) and retest. If you have any plugins you must update those before upgrading as well.
