when I create a task and select the department, in Assignee I have to search from all list is there any way when I select the department, the Assignee shows only the user for the selected department

You can but only for the Departments you have access to (Admin Panel > Agents > Agents > Permissions > Miscellaneous > Agent). So it’s either you see all Agents or only Agents in your Departments.
