When the reply email is sent to the user, the link has a wrong url address.
It shows as "http://localhost/osticket/view.php?........" Where can I change the value of this osTicket's base url (FQDN)?
Admin panel -> Settings -> Helpdesk URL:
after changing the helpdesk url, when i try to access it locally I'm getting This site can’t be reached
