forms does not load correctly

i installed the v.1.18 on php 8.1.21 and my sql 5.7.40
but the forms does not load completely like this screen shut

anybody can help me?

Look at your logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors.

We seem to be having the same issue after upgrading from 1.17 to 1.18, just started the investigation. Will let you know if we find anything useful.

If you have a language pack you may need to delete the US Holiday Schedule (Admin Panel > Manage > Schedules) and retest.

Had a look at the schedules but that page does not load;

We are seeing this in the PHP logs;

Ah okay it can’t load the translation file. Make sure the file permissions and ownership is correct so the webserver user can read it.

Had a look through the file and directory permission and I can not see anything odd. I did notice that the GB Language pack seems to be not registering.

The phar file is in the correct place. I will check the db to see what is in the plugin table.

Yep, looks like the plugin is not configured.

Can you show a screenshot of the file permissions for the files under /path/to/your/osticket/include/i18n/ folder?

This is the top level

All of the files and directories are the same underneath (sample below)

I have some more details on this; I created a new server and did a complete fresh install of 1.18. this worked perfectly as expected. I then restored the database from the server with this problem and the problem is happening on the new server. So the issue is in the data in the database
