confirmation for upgrade from osTicket (1.14- to 14.18) and process

current version of OS ticket; osTicket (1.14-git)
As per OSticket website, latest version is v1.18
Can I upgrade my current verision of OS ticket from v1.14 to v1.18 using the method mentioned in this link: https://docs.osticket.com/en/latest/Getting%20Started/Upgrade%20and%20Migration.html
