Hi
I did search the main web site, documentation, forum and even ask Mr. Google but I was not able to find if there is a working Czech language package available.

Also I would like to try out working demo if possible.

      Yes we have Czech language pack available:

      You can either setup osTicket on your own server to play with or you can create a Trial account with our hosted system SupportSystem. SupportSystem doesn't have Czech available however as it's 90% Translated but 0% Approved.
