Hello, I was able to correct the Alerts and Notifications issue with the help of @KevinTheJedi . The emails are now routing perfectly. My only dilemma now is the URLs for the links are incorrect. My OSTicket is installed at the following: https://domain.com/ticketing/scp
When the emails route through for "Ticket Assigned to you" or "New Internal Activity Alert" to our email client inbox the email links are: https://domain.com/osticket/scp/tickets.php?id=17851 versus https://domain.com/ticketing/scp/tickets.php?id=17851 Where would I find the config to correct? Hello All! I was able to figure it out. Super easy. Helpdesk URL: under Admin Panel > Setting > Systems All appears to be 100%. Thank again! I very much appreciate all the help I received today.
