search all content in the ticket

is there any method to search all ticket inline content also include replies at one time?

Yes, with Keyword search. Click Advanced next to the quick search bar in any queue and add your keywords to the Keyword field.

Hello, I've tryed searching by the "basic" seach and Advanced search adding the keywords but apparentely he search doesn't runs in all content off the ticket... it shows results from subject and some information on the body... also from "internal notes". But if the keyword is in any custom field or in reasons for department transfer the search dont find the ticket...
Is ther something I can do to seach the keywords in the entire content of the ticket?
