Currently when a client hasn’t checked their ticket after a day or so, I manually use the Check Ticket Status page to send them the reminder. Is there a way to automate this and/or perhaps provide a link in the ticket creation email that I receive (for example, below the footer admin link https://support.example.com/scp/tickets.php?id=1234 ) that when clicked would send the Check Ticket Status access link email to them?

    There is no way to automate this for Users. You can only send Overdue Notifications for Agents.
