I just upgraded to 1.18 from 1.17 and trying to add a new field when agent creating a new ticket. I created a new required field "companyid" in the Update form section. However, the new companyid field is not showing up in the new form.

  • UPDATE: logged out and then logged back in. New field now displayed in form. Possible webpage was cached? who knows. Works now.
