Is there a way to auto assign a ticket to an agent knowing the sender's email? I have an email that I wanted to forward to OSTICKET and when it is received from this email, OSTICKET assigns it to an agent automatically.
¿Hay forma de auto asignar ticket a un agente sabiendo el correo del remitente?. Tengo un correo que quiero desviar a OSTICKET y cuando se reciba desde este correo, OSTICKET lo asigne a un agente automáticamente.
