My company finds necessary for its clients to be able to check on their tickets's status via web, that's ok, but I think that most of them will wrongly hit the "post a reply" button and that will "mistakenly" open a closed ticket again. I need to disable that "post reply" feature on ticket thread for the clients. thanks
