My company finds necessary for its clients to be able to check on their tickets's status via web, that's ok, but I think that most of them will wrongly hit the "post a reply" button and that will "mistakenly" open a closed ticket again. I need to disable that "post reply" feature on ticket thread for the clients. thanks

    You can set the Ticket status to a state that doesn’t allow reopen. Other than that you’ll have to modify the code to accomplish this. We don’t have any guides or documentation on how to customize the code so you will be on your own.
