Please revert to your back up of 1.7ST.

We've heard of this report from several users, but have not been able to reproduce it ourselves. It seems the problem usually surrounds accessing the osTicket install via http://localhost(http://localhost)...

Does this happen to be case for you?

the installation is on a pc with XP and Xampp ver 3.2.1

the error presents both http://localhost/osticket(http://localhost/osticket) and http://192.168.10.23/osticket(http://192.168.10.23/osticket)
