E-mail all closed ticket's

Hi,
i need to email all closed ticket's to ask them to rate my servis.
haw could i trigger to send email template to everyone ?

No, not at this time. You’ll have to reply to each one individually or create a ticket with all users as a CC and send it that way. However with the latter method they’d be able to see each other's email addresses in the header.

i think i will try with filter.
add iff e-mail includes ''@'' then send Canned Responses ill add new table and new fileds to mysql - new php form where they can select haw was my service and close . hope it goes all well. 🙂 will try it first on local db with fake data to see iff it works hope it does not mark my email as spam.
