it is not possible to create a Ticket or a note, if the word "firewall" is included. We are an IT service provider and often need the word "firewall". We always abbreviate it to "FW". But now more and more customers are writing us e-mails or opening tickets where "firewall" is in the subject line of the e-mail. These are blocked by osTicket. Is it possible to allow the word "firewall" somewhere?

We don’t block anything unless you configure it to do so. Can you provide more info?

The error above appears when opening the ticket. But as I said, you can also write an email to the ticket system. As soon as you have "Firewall" in the subject line, the e-mail does not arrive.
Do you have a Ticket Filter?
Yes some. I just went through each one again. Nothing with firewall. I just can't explain where that comes from. I have two osTicket instances. One is the clone of the other. Both run on different servers. I have the problem with both instances. Maybe that could help you.
That doesn't help at all. We do not block Ticket based on keywords unless you've configured it to do so. The error is basically saying the Ticket is rejected. This is usually based on Filters or the system Banlist.
