OST 1.18 User Login by Drupal 9

Hi, I am very new to OSTicket. I have a website in Drupal 9. I have installed OST 1.18 in a subfolder. Now I don't want separate login for creating new ticket OSTicket. Rather I want to authorize the user by Drupal and redirect them to create a new ticket with Drupal authenticated email. Also want to display user full name in OST panel from drupal user field. How will I achieve it?

Using the HTTPassthru plugin. However, the authentication will need to be configured on Apache's end which we don't have documentation for but there are many guides online that explain how to accomplish it.

You can also use LDAP or OAuth2 SSO plugins. With LDAP they'll have to type their AD credentials. With OAuth2 SSO they'll have to click a button to authenticate.

Or I need to use OSTicket plugin?

You must install the osTicket OAuth2 Plugin within osTicket and configure SSO there.

KevinTheJedi I have installed OAuth2 Plugin within osTicket & created an instance using "OAuth2 - Other" option and named it as per my site name. Now for Client ID, Client Secret & others, I have used OAuth Server module in drupal. This module provides all information to create the instance in OSTicket plugin.
