I have been trying to install osticket but I get these errors, I already tried with different versions of php 8.1.2 with 8.0.29 and I get the same message, I also tried versions 1.18 and 1.17 of osticket and nothing works for me.
I am using oracle linux 9.2, I have already made previous installations and I had not had this problem

Did you have any customizations installed? It appears one of the Form Fields' types is not recognized. Restore from backup and post a screenshot of the type values in the _form_field table.

No, I was saying the actual values in the type column; not a screenshot of the table structure.
I'm trying to install it in Spanish and apparently that was the problem, I did the installation in English and it didn't give me any problems, thank you very much for your help I came to this conclusion.
Gotcha! Yea, I'm actually currently working on stabilizing the language packs; will be complete some time soon. The translators love translating things they aren't supposed to 😅
