Hey,
Has any one had a report come though with an invalid characters? I used the export method in the tickets tab.
And a 0 came through as the HTML value, see screenshot attached.
It's just started happening, with no changes made.

I would recommend upgrading to the latest and retest. Other than that you'd have to look at your logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors.
