I wanted to upgrade from version 1.10.4 to the new one.
Created a completely new 2016 server from scratch and installed 1.17.4
I have set all the settings and do not receive messages from the mail.
As soon as I turn on the old server, it receives all mail successfully with the settings.
I've rechecked everything many times on setup and don't understand why it doesn't get on the new version.
Tell me, please, maybe I forgot something somewhere else I need to specify for correct operation
