We have osTicket ver 1.17.3 and we face the following issue. We have a department (D1) and two teams (T1 and T2). T1 and T2 agents are not members of D1. We have created two filters which automatically assigns a ticket to either T1 or T2 (based on a form selection). When a T1 or T2 agent receives a ticket and closes it, he/she could not find it in the closed tickets. Is there a workaround?
