Hi All, not sure what did I wrong, but the knowledge base disappeared. I upgraded from 17.3 -> 17.4 to try to fix but it did not.
In the admin panel it is enabled and public

Also, do you still have the Knowledgebase button on the Client Portal and just not seeing the "Featured" FAQs on the side panel? If you have the Knowledgebase button and just not seeing the "Featured" FAQs on the side panel then you must not have any Featured FAQs.
KevinTheJedi Hi, no the button is missing completely from the client portal. Yes I have the public category and public faq.
Do you have it enabled? Admin Panel > Settings > Knowledgebase
The only time we don’t show the button is if it’s not enabled:
It was enabled, but what I did disable, save, enable and save. Now it works. Really weird. Thanks for the help
